Consultation
It all start with a phone call. With no pressure to visit you at home, you will have a productive conversation with Reece or Cal discussing solar in general before moving into the specifics for your home. Here is your chance to get straight answers on all questions you have on the solar industry and its capabilities. We will then gather some basic information from you, along with your goals for your solar system, and create custom solar Desings for your property. Only after you have received an estimate and are now educated on the system size, cost, capabilities and limitations of your home, will a in person visit be conducted. This is not a sales visit, with no contracts brought to your home. Just a chance to see the property, confirm equipment estimates and get to meet folks in person!
Installation
Once all permitting and interconnection requirements are handled a installation date will be scheduled. Our team of Electricians and electrical apprentices will arrive on site with all equipment for the project. Depending on the size, and various equipment for the project, installations can take from 2-5 days to complete. On the final day customers are given a system walk through, and connected to the online monitoring capabilities of the system.

Project Management
Once a system design has been approved and contracted signed, our project manager will guide you through any financing requirements and handle all permits, interconnections agreements connecting your solar to utility, and keep you updated on scheduling. Depending on the time of year, systems are typically installed between 3-8 weeks after contract signature.
Utility Interconnection
Your solar system locks you into a low electricity rate that is not subject to increases over time. Although calculating the quality of the panels over time may be difficult, scheduled maintenance and preventative measures will help ensure the longevity of the model.
Monitoring
All systems installed by Eastex Solar have online monitoring capabilities giving you full access the performance data of the system. As your installation company we have access to all systems in the field, and are just a phone call away for any additional consultation, questions or settings changes over the life of the system
